Parents: It’s our desire to see that the only thing children “catch” here is the joy of Christ! Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with LifePointe Kidz ClubHouse policy on wellness.

To ensure the health of children and staff, we ask that ill children not attend Kidz ClubHouse programs.

Therefore, if a child has any of the following symptoms, please do not admit him/her to the Kidz ClubHouse.

Any degree of fever, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Unexplained or contagious skin rash, Bleeding/wet diaper rash, Chronic cough, Runny nose (yellow/green discharge), Eye/ Ear infections, Pink Eye (Conjunctivitis) or Parasites (nits, lice, mites, ring worm, etc.)

If a child enters Kidz ClubHouse, and one of the above symptoms are found, you will be immediately notified to pick up your child.
