WELL CHILD POLICY

Parents: It's our desire to see that the only thing children "catch" here is the joy of Christ! Please take a minute to familiarize yourself with LifePointe Kids policy on Wellness.

To ensure the healthy of children and staff, we ask that ill chrildren not attend LifePointe Kidz programs.

Therefore, if a child has any of the following symtoms, please do not admit them to the Kids Program.

Any degree of fever, vommiting, diarrhea, unexplained or contagious skin rash, bleeding/wet diaper rash, chronic cough, runny nose(yellow/green discharge), eye/ear infections, Pink eye(conjunctivitis) or parasites (nits, lice, mites, ring worm, etc.)

If a child enters LifePointe Kids, and one of the above symptoms are found, you will be immediately notified to pick up your child.
