Vendor Setup & Arrival All vendors must arrive on October 17th no later than 7:45 AM for setup. After 7:45 AM, vehicle entry into the vendor area will be closed. Vendors arriving after this time will need to park outside the event area and carry their items in by hand from the street. Failure to arrive and set up on time may result in the forfeiture of your vendor space and vendor fee. Please arrive early enough to unload, move your vehicle if needed, and have your space ready before the Community Rummage Sale begins at 8:00 AM. Food Vendors: Anyone selling hot or cold prepared food must have a valid Food Handler Card and any required permits or licenses. Vendors are responsible for making sure they meet all local food safety requirements. Space size: Vendors must stay within their assigned 10' × 12' space, including tables, canopies, merchandise, and displays. Clean-up: Vendors must clean their space and remove all merchandise, trash, boxes, and other materials when leaving. Family-Friendly Items Only: All items displayed or sold must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event. Vulgar, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate items are not permitted. Event organizers reserve the right to require any inappropriate items to be removed. Right to remove: LifePointe/Hands of Christ reserves the right to ask a vendor to remove merchandise or leave the event for violating event rules. Liability: Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and activities.
